Consultation

We will provide a free 15-minute phone consultation to help determine whether occupational therapy is right for your child's needs.

In-clinic consultations are also available to identify immediate needs, provide home activities, and determine whether on-going therapy is indicated. If full evalution is appropriate based on the in-clinic consultation the cost of consultation will be deducted from the evaluation fee.

Evaluation

A current occupational therapy evaluation is required for ongoing therapy.

An occupational therapy evaluation completed at another facility within the past 6 months is acceptable.

Full Service Evaluation

2-2 ½ hour occupational therapy evaluation including standardized testing (as appropriate), clinical observations, and parent interview.  This evaluation is intended to determine whether occupational therapy is appropriate for your child, as well as to assess foundational skills and deficits, and to provide a more comprehensive understanding of how to best address your child’s needs.  This option includes a comprehensive written report and a one-hour consultation to review the results, discuss recommendations, and outline an intervention plan.

Additional testing will be completed when necessary and/or requested.
